Bulls-Eye Concrete was founded in 1999 by Andre St. Jean. With 20 years of experience, Andre started with a small crew, doing mostly commercial grade-beam jobs.
These days Bulls-Eye Concrete specializes in underground parkade packages and commercial foundations but Andre and his crew have the experience and knowledge to take on many different projects, big or small.
As a family business, Andre believes in quality over quantity; keeping a small crew he can personally train and oversee. Old fashioned hard work coupled with 40+ years of experience allows Bulls-Eye to get the job done right and keep customers satisfied.
